Introduction

The biggest productivity killer for entrepreneurs is context switching. Shifting from "CEO mode" to "Creative mode" takes a mental toll that often results in burnout. The solution is not to work harder, but to condense your entire month of filming into a single, non-negotiable time block. We call this the Batch-Day Protocol.

Phase 1: The Scripting Sprint (Hour 1)

Never turn on the camera without a plan. The first hour is strictly for finalizing scripts. We recommend using a Notion database or a simple spreadsheet. Do not write word-for-word; instead, use bullet points to keep your delivery natural.

Every script requires a strict three-part structure. Start with The Hook to immediately state the controversy or value proposition. Follow with The Meat, three concise points of actionable value. Finish with The CTA, a clear instruction telling the viewer exactly what to do next.

Phase 2: The Setup & "Tech Check" (Hour 2)

Nothing is worse than recording for an hour only to realize your mic wasn't plugged in. Spend this hour setting the stage.

1. Lighting: Position your key light at a 45-degree angle.

2. Audio: Test your levels. They should peak around -6db to -12db.

3. Wardrobe: Lay out 4–5 different shirts. This is crucial.

The secret is the Costume Change and appearing consistent over a month. Swap your top every 5 videos to create the illusion of time passing.

Phase 3: The Performance (Hours 3–4)

Now, you execute. Put your phone on Airplane Mode to avoid interruptions. Record in clusters of five videos. Between each cluster, take a 5-minute break, drink water, and change your shirt. By the end of this block, you will have raw footage for an entire month.
